Q1. HOW CAN I JOIN YOUR PROGRAMME?
Ans: Follow these 7 easy steps to join:
- Email your CV to us at office@aaccp-uk.org.
- Contact our local affiliated providers and pay the relevant fees.
- Within 3 working days, you will receive your Student Membership certificate via email.
- Complete a minimum of 25 hours of mandatory training.
- Choose a date available on the third week of every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Take the online exam within 3 months of registration.
- Pass the exam and receive your original certification packet within 25 days.
Q2. What the windows available for the CAP exam?
Ans: For the CAP exam, you have the option to choose a date in the third week of any month. Choose a date available on the third week of every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Additionally, you can reschedule your exam date with no extra charge by emailing us no later than one week before your originally booked exam date.
Q3: What are the assessment processes of your programs?
Ans: For CAP, it will be a 2-hour online MCQ Exam. For CBC and CBA, it will involve a case study solution that will be sent to your email from the Institute.
Q4: Is joining the class mandatory for the exam?
Ans: Yes, at least 25 hours class on respective body of knowledge mandatory to take the exam.
Q5: How long does it generally take to publish the results?
Ans: It generally takes 5 days to publish the results. To maintain confidentiality, we do not publish the results on the website. Instead, we will directly mail them to you.
Q6: Can I verify my certificates?
Ans: Yes, there will be a QR code on your original certificates. Scanning the code will direct you to the membership list where you can locate your name. Alternatively, you or your employer can send an email to us at office@aaccp-uk.org with your certificate number. Typically, we will respond to the email within 48 hours.
Q7: How can I pay the fee?
Ans: If you are outside the UK, we do not accept direct payments. Instead, our affiliate partners will collect all fees on our behalf. They may offer country-specific discounts and will provide you with a receipt bearing their name.
Q8: Will you provide hardcopy certificates or e-certificates?
Ans: Within 3 days of course registration, you will receive a scanned student certificate valid for 6 months. Upon passing the exam, you will receive your hardcopy certificate within 21 days of the results.
Q9: Where do I sit for the exam?
Ans: Exam can be taken online anywhere at your home or office computer. Exam can also be taken at any authorized examination center near you if available.
Q10: I don’t have a bachelor’s degree, but I do fulfill the experience requirement. Can I still join for the certification?
Ans: Yes, you can. A bachelor’s degree OR relevant experience is required.
Q11: How many years of experience are required for the courses?
Ans: 3 years of job experience are required.
